Adjustments & Fitting

Our frames are really easy to adjust. We've put together a quick video to help your through the process. Our frames may need small adjustments to fit perfectly, and most issues are easily resolved with some very easy minor adjustments.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your new spectacles received from Coral Eyewear Ltd, we will exchange them for a more suitable pair, or refund your payment in full.

Please contact us in the first instance via email info@coraleyewear.com as we may be able to resolve your problem. 

In the instance you still wish to return your frames, we will arrange a pick-up of your glasses through our Carbon-Neutral courier service - all you have to do is print your returns label. 

Refunds exclude bespoke products such as lenses and custom manufacturing if applied.
