Prescriptions:

By submitting your order to Coral Eyewear ltd you are confirming that:

1) You are aged 16 or over

2) You are not registered blind or partially sighted

3) You are in possession of an in-date written prescription for your spectacles that has been given to you and signed by a suitably qualified Optician.

It is your responsibility to supply accurate details of your current prescription (including any notes on the prescription and pupil distance).

You will be responsible for inputting this data and if you are in any doubt please send a copy of your prescription to prescriptions@coraleyewear.com. If considered necessary or appropriate before an order is accepted by Coral Eyewear ltd and its staff, we may contact you to confirm your prescription and check its validity.

We may also request that you contact the optician who provided your prescription to verify your prescription. We may also request that you obtain your pupillary distance measurement or that you obtain a new prescription before we complete your order.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your new spectacles received from Coral Eyewear ltd, we will exchange them for a more suitable pair, or refund your payment in full.

Refunds exclude bespoke products such as lenses and custom manufacturing if applied.

Please contact us in the first instance via email info@coraleyewear.com as we may be able to resolve your problem. Most issues are easily resolved with some very easy minor adjustments.

When an order has been made between yourself and Coral Eyewear ltd you will have a fourteen-day period from the date when you placed the order to cancel.

You may not be able to claim a full refund if you cancel or change an order after we have started to customise any materials including manufacturing any goods such as prescription lenses in accordance with your requirements or prescription.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order for any reason to avoid a charge.

You will have complete ownership of your product as soon as the order is paid for and has started being processed.

Coral Eyewear ltd will be responsible for loss or any damage of goods until the product is delivered to you. It is recommended that you test your glasses and let us know if the product does not suit your requirements as soon as possible. Coral Eyewear ltd will not be liable for product damaged by your negligence or mishandling.

You may have other rights granted by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer and these terms do not affect those rights.

Value added tax:

The price of goods includes any value added tax (VAT) payable.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination of delivery and type of delivery specified or chosen.
